Client

I just wanted to know if there is any deposit required when you hiring a car. I looking at hiring form the 5th of April till Monday the 8th of April at Cape Town International Airport. I tried using the online booking and didn't indicate any amount require for deposit when you take the insurance for access.

There is always a deposit with all rental car companies. Here is how to see what it is likely to be:-

At STEP2 of our 3 step online booking process, to the right of the car photo of your choice, is a link entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION". Click on this link and it will open an additional smaller window, where the terms and conditions appertaining to that particular car at your chosen location are displayed.

Try a few different suppliers as they do differ between them. Insurance and Deposit are not the same thing.

By taking the extra insurance it will reduce you excess to zero and may reduce the deposit.
